Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your Knix essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange window on most items. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain products like opened underwear and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Choose Your Resolution

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, receive a store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your new items within 5-7 business days.
